Date of birth – 21 November 1979. Mr. Beane was appointed to the Board of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 30 November 2020 and was registered to that position on 15 December 2020. From November 2021 Mr. Beane was elected as "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC Board Chairman. He graduated from University of Birmingham and Chartered Institute of Bankers in UK. He has held various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Mr. Beane is currently Head of Commercial Banking, Europe at HSBC Bank PLC.

Date of birth – 05 December 1980. Lucy Hastings was appointed to the Board of “HSBC Bank Armenia” CJSC on 09 March 2022 and was registered to that position on 05 April 2022. She graduated from the University of Oxford in United Kingdom. She has held various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Lucy Hastings is currently Managing Director, Head of Enterprise ESG Risk in HSBC Group Management Services LTD.

Date of birth – 04 October 1975. Terecina Kwong was appointed to the Board of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 08 February 2021 and was registered to that position on 16 February 2021. She graduated from University of British Columbia in Canada, Chinese University of Hong Kong in Hong Kong and University of London in United Kingdom. She has held various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Terecina Kwong is currently Global Chief Operating Officer for Wealth and Personal Banking in HSBC GLOBAL SERVICES (HK) LTD.

Date of birth – 22 December 1974. Mr. Shoukourian was appointed to the Board of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 30 September 2021 and was registered to that position on 26 October 2021. He graduated from Yerevan State University and has completed PHD in Institute of Informatics and Automation Problems of National Academy of Science of Armenia. He has held various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Mr Shoukourian is currently Managing Director, Strategic Change at HSBC Continental Europe.

Date of birth – 02 April 1976. Mr. Polli was appointed to the Board of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 18 November 2021 and was registered to that position on 07 December 2021. He graduated from Ecole International de Geneve – La Chataigneraie in Geneva, INSEAD Business School in Paris and Stanford University. He has held various managerial positions in HSBC Group member companies. Mr. Polli is currently Head of Strategy and Planning Europe and Chief of Staff to the Europe CEO at HSBC Bank plc.

Date of birth - 03 February 1975. Irina Seylanyan was appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 02 March 2020 and was registered to that position on 18 March 2020. She graduated from Armenian State Engineering University, as well as completed Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) courses. She has held various managerial positions in "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC and other HSBC Group member companies.

Date of birth - 22 April 1982. Mr Pinajyan joined "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC in 2003. He graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Economics in 2004. He received a PHD degree in economics from the Institute of Management and Economic Reforms in 2007. On 31 July 2017, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Risk Officer of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC. Effective 21 August 2023, he holds the position of Deputy Chief Executive Officer/Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC.

Date of birth - 15 September 1973. Sofya Sargsyan was appointed to the position of Chief Accountant/Deputy Chief Financial Officer of "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC on 01 June 2021 and was registered to the position of Chief Accountant on 24 December 2021. She graduated from Yerevan Institute of National Economy. She has held various managerial positions in "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC Financial Control Department.

Date of birth - 1 November 1970. Mr Loretsyan has been employed by "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC since 1998. He completed his studies at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1993 and went on to work for the Defence Ministry of Armenia between 1993 and 1998. Mr Loretsyan started employment with "HSBC Bank Armenia" CJSC as a Financial Control Department specialist and was later promoted to the position of Financial Control Supervisor (2003-2006). He was appointed Head of Internal Audit on 13 July 2006.
