The Central Bank of Armenia has provided preliminary approval for the sale of HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC to Ardshinbank CJSC. This follows approval from the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia, which means that all necessary regulatory approvals for the transaction are now in place.
At this stage, there will be no change to the service you receive from HSBC and no action needs to be taken. We are committed to keeping you fully informed throughout this process. If any action is required from you, we will communicate this to you in due course.
